Each Zaftique.com order is shipped with an easy, convenient Exchange/Return Form.
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of the invoice date. We have established the following return policy:
- Any return or exchange will need to be sent back within 90 days for processing. Any return or exchange that exceeds 90 days will not be accepted and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
- The item must be in perfect condition with the original tags attached.
- Worn, soiled, odorous, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned and will not have a credit issued upon return.
- Clearance items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
- Exchanged items can be returned for store credit only.
- Regular Sale items may be exchanged or returned for either store credit or refund, when returned within the 30 day policy.
- Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
As you would in any retail store, please try clothing on wearing undergarments and be careful to not get makeup on the clothes. This is especially important when trying on Swimwear. Please do not remove the protective strip in the swimsuit until you are completely sure you are keeping the item.
Undergarments of an intimate nature such as briefs, panties, and thongs are not returnable by law. Please refer to our sizing chart to make sure you are ordering your correct size. Returns of undergarments will not be accepted.
All credits are processed promptly upon receipt of the return. Credits are posted to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
You can also exchange your item for a different size or color. When exchanging an item, please indicate the new size and color on the Zaftique.com Return Form and mail it back with your return. We will ship you the new item upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If the item you are requesting is not available, we will notify you by e-mail.
The washing label on the garments may not be correct all the time. Descriptions on the website contains all the correct information. The washing instructions and fabric contents should be according to the website. All items with sequins, beads, laces, and crochet are delicate in nature therefore should not be machine-washed and should be hand-washed in general.
