Ebookers website is a mixture of lastminute.com and Expedia. There are
some great deals which are competitively priced. You can book flights,
hotels, cruises, car hire and insurance on this website without having
to leave your chair. I like the fact you can earn Necter points too!
The website is easy to use - the standard of most of the travel sites. The Ebookers home page has a simple search using the departure city, number of adults traveling, destination, departure date and return date.
www.ebookers.com is totally unreliable. The customer service is
designed totally to make you pay a deposit which of course they never
return if there is a problem. I was promised tickets for a holiday to
Sri Lanka and paid a deposit after an agreed price for the flights. Was
then told oh sorry it was all booked and last 2 seats now more
expensive - called Emirates direct and they said they had lots seats
available. Not helpful when I complained about paying more.
Do not trust this company.

Ebookers.com offers a good, user- friendly flight search system. I
like the way that it allows you to quickly change the times of
arrival/departure on the search results page, and then search again.
One thing it doesn’t let you do, from this page, is change your airport. It would be more complete if they would add that as an option. The way it works now, you have to either press back on your browser, and enter a new airport code, or press the icon for a new flight search.
This flight search is a little slower than other ones that I have used. Depending on your connection speed, you might have to exercise some patience while you wait for Ebookers.com to display the search results. For myself, it takes about 20 seconds to display, although it seems much longer than that. "

Ebookers are happy to take your money but should a problem arise. be
prepared to be ignored, passed from person to person, get nothing but
voicemail when you call, get no help from their customer services dept
and on top of all that there is no address listed anywhere should you
try and write with your complaint. I am told their agents, although
operate on 0207 and 0208 numbers, are actually based in India. The one
I dealt with was incompetent at his job giving me wrong information on
my flights resulting me losing money on hotel accommodation. I was also
overcharged, received no invoice (I wonder why) and was fobbed off on
several occasions. They do not want to deal with you once they receive
your money - BEWARE!!! Cheap deals are great but you have nothing to
stand on if any problem arises - it’s a gamble!
